More than a translator, you have a deep understanding of computer software, and understand software industry jargon in both Chinese and English. You are cool-headed and always manage to keep communications open even in highly creative environments, with lots of different opinions being shared. You are genuinely passionate about language and communication. You've heard about Open Source, and know that the opportunities for self-development are highest in dynamic environments like the Open Source community.

At Obol Software, you would work directly with the Coding Director to ensure full and open communications between the Director and the Coding Teams. You would also be given responsibility over -- and credit for -- the Chinese-language translation of our software's interface.

Specifically, we're looking for:

• Degree in English or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• 3 years plus job experience, including at least one year in the software industry
• Excellent spoken and written English
• The proven ability to translate commercial English into commercial Chinese
